During July and August, my colleague Jill Dobbie and I are keeping one mixed ability drop-in class going at Kindar House, Crichton Estate. Tuesdays £8. All welcome.

Fees: All weekly classes £36.00 per 6-week block payable in advance, either by cheque or online. Bank details on request.
Monthly Workshops for More Experienced Students:
For those who wish to deepen their practice, Saturdays monthly 10.00 am – 1.00 pm. Two years prior experience with a qualified teacher required. At the University, Dumfries (details above). (BOOKING ESSENTIAL EACH MONTH) £12.50
Monthly Meditations for Peace:
Moniaive 7.30 pm first Monday of each month. All welcome.
One-to-one Remedial Yoga, Meditation, and Individual Tuition:
Sessions of one and a half hours. Appointments in Moniaive by arrangement. Students often come once a month, with home practice in between, or at intervals to suit their circumstances. Or for a few sessions before joining a regular class. £35 first visit, £30 thereafter.
