Meditation is good for our physical health and mental health, and helps to relive stress. When numbers of people meditate together it also produces a calming and healing effect. Thus the more of us who meditate the better for world peace. If you are interested in this, check out on line the mass worldwide meditations that take place and register to join them. It’s quite something to share a meditation with 10 million others. But in the meantime we make a small start in Moniaive! All welcome.

For students with at least 2 years experience who wish to go a little deeper in their practice.
